Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, AsmitaTrends may accept the cancellation, less any transaction fees charged by the bank. Please note, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Initiate a Replacement
  • Reach out to our customer care team at asmitatrends@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to confirm your eligibility for a replacement.
  • You may be required to share images or the unboxing video of the product to initiate the replacement process.
  • Once your replacement request is confirmed, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location within 3 business days. Please capture a picture of the product when handing it over to the courier.
  • Important: Customers are requested not to return products through any personal mode other than the return facility provided by AsmitaTrends, as this may delay or hamper the replacement process.
Terms for International Orders
  • Additional charges such as return costs and customs duties for international orders will be borne by the customer. These charges will be communicated in advance.
Gift Vouchers
  • Orders placed for gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
