Replacements Only Policy

  • We do not offer refunds, however, we do provide replacements for products that are damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a replacement, please provide a clear, unedited unboxing video that shows the damage or defect. This video is mandatory to validate your returns.
  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, kindly refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
  • Once we receive the damaged/defective product and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement.
  • We do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging.
  • Slight differences in color or fabric feel from what is shown on the website are not eligible for returns or replacements. These variations may occur due to screen resolutions and lighting.
  • The unboxing video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits, to ensure a smooth replacement process.
